Whitcoulls gift cards are available for purchase in store and online.

Customers may redeem gift cards in store and online.

Whitcoulls Gift Cards can be purchased online in the following denominations: $25, $50, $100 and $200.

All gift cards expire 24 months from date of purchase.

Outside of New Zealand? Sorry, we can't deliver gift cards or other items purchased via this website to addresses outside of New Zealand at this time.

Gift Cards and the Online Store
If purchasing gift cards online you can expect to receive giftcards 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. Gift cards purchased online may be purchased from anywhere in the world but can only be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

If you order gift cards with a total value of more than $100, these will be sent as inactive cards as a security measure against theft or loss. In addition to your confimation and dispatch emails for your order, you will receive another email containing instructions about how to activate your card(s) for use.

Gift cards can be redeemed online and may be used for any product available via the online store. Gift cards redeemed online cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

To redeem your Whitcoulls gift card online, enter the number on the card in the gift card box in the checkout screen.


Only one gift card can be used per order.

Terms and conditions of use

Gift cards are redeemable for products at Whitcoulls stores in New Zealand and online at www.whitcoulls.co.nz.

Valid for 2 years from date of issue; partially redeemable.

The card cannot be reloaded.

Lost, altered, damaged or stolen cards will not be refunded or replaced.

Unused balances at the expiry date will not be refunded.

Card value cannot be redeemed for cash or credited to an account or when purchasing Lotto, gift cards or gift vouchers, phone cards, itune cards or stamps.
