The Hunger Games

I have just read the first book in the trilogy. It's an easy read, I read it in a day. It also pulled me in, I didn't want to put it down, I didn't want it to end but I wanted to get to the end.
Definitely go for it. It has the perfect amount of brutality mixed with emotion, I like that it is in sort of an alternative world, where the life could be possible but distant enough for you to get lost in your own imagination.
Just waiting to get the 2nd book, Catching Fire, in the post! So Excited! It's a trilogy where I really do not want to research a head because I want everything to be a surprise!- LikeLiked by 1 person
