Returns and Exchanges to Whitcoulls Online
Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions:
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All tangible products purchased on this site can be returned if damaged or faulty.
These items must be returned to: Freepost 232157, Whitcoulls Online, Private Bag 92098, Victoria St West, Auckland 1142. Please contact us and provide your sales order number and the details of the title/s and damage concerned.
Changed your mind?
- DVDs, electronic games and eReaders cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Books, Non Electronic Games and Stationery items can be returned (within 14 days) with proof of purchase (the receipt shipped with the item/s) for a full refund, provided the item is in an unused and re-sellable condition. Any delivery charges will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
These items must be returned to: Whitcoulls Online, Private Bag 92098, Auckland. The cost of returning a product you no longer want (within 14 days) is your responsibility. Any item returned in a used condition will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges to Whitcoulls Stores
Items purchased in store must be returned to a store for a refund to be claimed. Stores will not accept items purchased via the online store.
Whitcoulls will Refund any defective item and we're more than happy to exchange any item that is in a saleable condition with a proof of purchase, excluding Magazines and clearance items.
Without a proof of purchase, no refund or exchange can be processed.
