For 1st - 31st MAY 2013, all orders over $10 are delivered FREE!*
Orders which only include gift cards have no delivery charge when ordered between 1- 31 May 2013
Orders under $10 will be charged a $6.90 freight fee 
Some special items may include additional delivery charges.
Bulk product orders may incur additional delivery charges - please contact us for details.

* New Zealand delivery addresses only & excluding delivery to Waiheke, Chatham, Kawau and Great Barrier Islands. For these addresses additional freight charges apply.

We only deliver within New Zealand.

How long will it take you to receive your items?
The time taken for a title to reach to you once it has been dispatched depends on where it has been sent from.

Delivery timeframes apply to metropolitan areas of New Zealand. Rural delivery may take longer. Delivery times are determined as follows:

  • Received in 2-3 working days after dispatch
    This item is dispatched from Auckland and sent via Post Haste Couriers. For rural deliveries please add 1-2 days. Please note deliveries to P.O. Boxes are sent via New Zealand Post and will take longer.

  • Received in 10-15 working days:
    The product is dispatched from an overseas supplier in the U.S.A. to us in Auckland then forwarded to you via Post Haste Couriers. You should expect to receive it within 10 to 15 working days for in stock items from the day following your order. This delivery time applies to metropolitan areas of New Zealand, and rural delivery will take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. Please note deliveries to P.O. Boxes are sent via New Zealand Post. We ask that you please allow up to 30 days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order.

  • Received in 12-18 working days
    The product is dispatched from an overseas supplier in the U.K. to us in Auckland then forwarded to you via Post Haste Couriers. You should expect to receive it within 12 to 18 working days for in stock items from the day following your order. This delivery time applies to metropolitan areas of New Zealand, and rural delivery will take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. Please note deliveries to P.O.   • Released on 'x' date or 'Generally ships in 3-5 weeks'
    A product with this message is either yet to be released or is on backorder which means that it is temporarily out of stock (ie reprinting). Titles with these messages are available for purchase and will be received on or shortly after the new availability dates, subject to the delivery time frames. If no expected date is listed, backorder titles will have 'generally ships in 3-5 weeks' as their availability date./

We currently ship only in New Zealand.

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Our databases are regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by publishers and book distributors. Books can and do sometimes become temporarily unavailable whilst reprinting, or they may go out of print without prior notice from the publisher.

Whitcoulls Online will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All books and other products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.
