Katsute100 is a Japanese tea and dessert caf+ with locations in London and Edinburgh. Founded in 2016, it focuses on sharing the depth and diversity of Japanese tea culture through carefully sourced teas, seasonal cakes and everyday tea experiences. The name GkatsuteG loosely evokes nostalgia and moments in time, reflecting the caf+Gs philosophy of creating space for quiet enjoyment G small, thoughtful pauses in the day centred around tea and something sweet.
