Tom Hishon is a New Zealand chef and restaurateur known for modern, produce-led cooking with a strong sense of place. He is the co-founder of Orphans Kitchen, Daily Bread and Kingi, three Auckland favourites shaped by seasonal ingredients, excellent bread, sustainable seafood and generous hospitality. He co-owns conservation-led wild food company WithWild.
