Wendy Morgan is a qualified chef and Cordon Bleu cook-who has worked in the food industry for 35+ years. Along-with her husband, chef Rex Morgan, they owned the very-successful Wellington restaurant, Citron. Wendy had a-colourful childhood, being brought up and working in her familyGs famous pie shop-in Lincoln, Canterbury where she gained a passion for all things pastry. Wendy and-Rex now live in Christchurch and work in catering. Easy As Pie is her third book.
