Antony is a functional movement and strength and conditioning expert with 30 yearsG experience in spinal pain and musculoskeletal sports injuries. He has worked with Olympic gold medallists and a wide variety of elite international athletes. He has treated members of New ZealandGs prestigious national All Blacks rugby team. He has been the NZ Winter Olympic Team Physiotherapist and has spent 6 years at the sports medicine clinic at the Sydney Academy of Sport. A keen multisporter, writer and cancer survivor, he hails from a family of three physiotherapists . He works at Canterbury Sport & Spinal Physiotherapy in Christchurch, New Zealand.
