Tracy Duncan Collection

Born in Mangakino and raised on the Coromandel Peninsula, Tracy Duncan now lives in the Moutere Hills of Nelson where she shares her orchard home with her husband, two children and an ever-growing variety of furred and feathered critters. Her paintings are represented by a variety of galleries throughout New Zealand. She is a participant in the NZ Book Council's Writers in Schools programme and in 2007 was awarded a Creative New Zealand/DOC Wild Creations artists residency, which saw her spend six productive weeks in Karamea on the West Coast of the South Island. Other books by Tracy include: My Maori Shapes, My Maori Colours, Grandad's Medals, My Maori Numbers, The Man who loved the Sea, Mere McKaskill's Boil-up and the Nanny Mihi collection of stories.
